For more than 25 years, The Global Leadership Summit has delivered leadership insights with attendees reporting positive outcomes. (based on independent research by Excellence in Giving).
As a leader; there is always space to learn more in an ever changing world. Being exposed to the world class speakers, I learnt to lead from a totally new perspective. My entire team looked forward to the time we spent at the GLS each year. We took it as an opportunity to set out goals and vision for year ahead. There are always pockets within the GLS that give each team member their own revelation, resulting in life changing moments.Pauline de KlerkDirector The Mangaliso Fund
Personally I learnt that leadership was not only about caring for your organisation to be successful, but also the development of the people you lead to become confident, healthy and fully equipped team members.
The GLS provides an affordable learning experience for business leaders who own small and medium size businesses. It brings world leading faculty in leadership together in one conference addressing relevant leadership struggles in today’s world of work. It is an annual highlight for so many staff members who get practical tools from the best thought leaders.Hermann du PlessisDirector, Themba Thandeka Leadership Institute
As a ministry leader, I have appreciated the input of GLS year after year after year. The content remains important to my personal development. I especially appreciate that GLS tackles subjects that are relevant to a changing society. GLS is a not negotiable in my calendar.Jo HoodInternational CEO, Mainly Music
GLS has played an absolutely instrumental part in both my faith and calling. No arena has spoken as clearly to me about Gods cry for Justice and His plan to use you and I to extinguish the darkness on this earth. Add to that some of the best leadership insights and profoundly deep and introspective Holy-Spirit moments and you just cant walk out of the GLS the same way you came in. I'm eternally grateful for the inspirational hope and deep cutting conviction I have come to love at the GLS.Colin EdmondsDirector, Trulife
