FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
GENERAL
Does everyone attending GLS require their own ticket?
Yes. We ask that you honour our request that every person who attends GLS must be an individual ticket–holder. This ensures our ongoing viability as a not-for-profit and allows us to continue to offer access to the GLS at a very affordable price.
Which speakers will be shown for the GLS in South Africa?
The final speaker line-up for South Africa will be confirmed in August.
Please note that there are 2 versions of the GLS event. A Premier and a Business. The GLS Premier is a blend of inspiration, encouragement, skills transfer and faith.
The GLS Business is focussed on the business speakers.
How do I update each person's details in my group booking?
When you purchased your tickets from Quicket, you received a confirmation/receipt email. On this email is an option to print your ticket with a ticket number & QR code.
On this email there are links to manage and update your registrations. Go to the Quicket website and create a LOGIN with your name and email address then proceed to Your Tickets to update the information.
Who informs my group?
The Group Leader will receive correspondence which in turn they will communicate to their group. Please be sure to update your ticket info and insert all the ticket holder names and email addresses so they can receive their own tickets for entrance to the GLS.
Are concession rates available?
We have intentionally reduced the ticket price for GLS to enable more people than ever to experience the Summit.
However we offer concession rates for underprivileged and under resourced leaders who still cannot afford the ticket price. Please email us to request concession tickets janine@globalleadership.org.za
There are student & scholar tickets available at discounted rates.
Can I cancel my GLS ticket?
Yes, if you chose the refund option when you purchased your ticket. Quicket will refund your ticket price.
Please note that catering is prepared well in advance therefore we are unable to accept last minute cancellation requests.
Rather consider giving your ticket to someone else.
What can I do to best support the GLS and the Global Leadership Network South Africa?
Join us for GLS22, gift a ticket to a friend who has never attended before, and actively promote the Summit among your networks – it’s never been more affordable or easy to attend!

As Group Leader, you’ll just need to communicate these details directly with those who’ve registered for your event.
